Established July 2006, Collars to Cuffs is a family-owned enterprise which focuses on the design and manufacture of custom shirts, dresses, professional attire, and casual attire. Our emphasis is on the correct fit and selection of garments according to the personal style and body type of the individual client. We design fashions for real people including men, women and children.
